Copyright Infringement Policy for Strong Asian Lead

This Copyright Infringement Policy (the “Policy”) applies to the website, platform, and services provided by Strong Asian Lead (the “Platform”), which allow users to upload, share, and discuss their personal information, creative works, and ideas. The purpose of this Policy is to outline the steps that will be taken to address copyright infringement allegations and to help protect the intellectual property rights of the content creators using our Platform.
Strong Asian Lead respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (“DMCA”), we will respond expeditiously to notices of alleged copyright infringement that are duly reported to our Designated Copyright Agent (contact information provided below).
Users of the Platform are responsible for ensuring that they have the necessary rights to upload and share their content on the Platform. By uploading content, users represent and warrant that:
a. They own or have the necessary licenses, rights, consents, and permissions to use and authorize Strong Asian Lead to use all patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright, or other proprietary rights in and to any and all content submitted; and
b. The content does not violate any applicable laws, regulations, or any third-party rights, including but not limited to copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other personal or proprietary rights.
Notice of Copyright Infringement
If you believe that your copyrighted work has been used in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please provide our Designated Copyright Agent with a written notice containing the following information:
a. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf;
b. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed;
c. Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, with information sufficient to allow us to locate the material;
d. Your contact information, including your name, address, telephone number, and email address;
e. A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law; and
f. A statement that the information in the notice is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

Takedown and Counter-notification
Upon receipt of a proper notice of copyright infringement, Strong Asian Lead will promptly remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material and notify the user responsible for the material. Users who have had their content removed or disabled may submit a counter-notification to the Designated Copyright Agent in accordance with the DMCA.
In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable laws, Strong Asian Lead reserves the right to terminate, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers.
Limitation of Liability
Strong Asian Lead is not responsible for any unauthorized use of users’ content by other users or third parties. While we will make reasonable efforts to take down infringing material upon notice, it is not legally our responsibility. Strong Asian Lead will not share users’ content with others without obtaining permission from the original content creator.
Modifications to the Policy
Strong Asian Lead reserves the right to modify this Policy at any time and at its sole discretion. Any modifications to the Policy will be posted on the Platform, and users are encouraged to periodically review the Policy for any changes. Continued use of the Platform following the posting of any modifications to the Policy constitutes acceptance of those changes.
This Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Los Angeles, California without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of or relating to this Policy shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles, California and the parties consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts and waive any objection to the venue therein.
If any provision of this Policy is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect, and the invalid or unenforceable provision shall be deemed replaced by a valid, enforceable provision that most closely matches the intent of the original provision.
